Temperature is already down to the mid 30s around here in the AM. It's expected to fall to the mid 20s by the end of the week.
Last winter I discovered just how hopeless the standard all-seasons are in the snow. This year I was bent on getting winter tires for the car. Ordered a set of Blizzaks and were delivered last week. This past weekend was rather warm, so I waiting until yesterday (Monday) to put them on the car. Got to put them through their paces on my way to work this morning and they seem to grab the road a little better than the all-seasons (temperature was 37F this morning, according to the car's thermometer). Steering has lost some of its feedback, though.
The steelies I got with the tires look a bit odd on the car. Maybe I'll get some cheap covers for them.
Will see how they perform when the snow comes sometime next month...

Don't get shitty plastic covers. Just do a camo plastidip job. . . Or you could paint them with the Umbrella Corp. logo. . . Anything but covers, well unless they are the spinning kind. . .
Also what is odd, my ZX3 looked good with just steelies, but then again it was all black with tinted windows. . .
